International Shipping

3. Shipping Carriers
LOLIPOL may use various trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional delivery providers depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.
LOLIPOL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
To assist with the investigation, we may request:

- Photos of the damaged package or product
- Additional shipping information if necessary
LOLIPOL will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LOLIPOL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
